I just finished knitting the wave hat. It was
fast and easy and I really like the way it came out. I’ll have to make a
matching hat for my husband so we can wear them out together and be total
dorks. I would like to figure out how to do a flame hat. This was so easy, it
will just be a matter of breaking out the graph paper and figuring out how I
want it to look.

For the past 5 years I have been what is called a super commuter. I spend around 2 –2.5 hours in my car a day and drive about 100 miles. It sucks. I actually used to walk to work, which was quite nice. Half my drive is on the interstate and the other half is on the highway that winds up to my house. That would have made for a much prettier picture, but it was to dark by the time I got there. I love the summer time because it is actually light out for some of my drive. In the winter is usually dark both ways.
